The restaurant is run by Toni and Italo Iannuccelli. They come from the Lazio region of Italy between Rome and Naples where cooking is not just cooking - it is an art. On the menu we have regional specialities like Pollo Principessa done the Lazio way - breast of chicken with asparagus, mushrooms, white wine and double cream. Toni's personal favourite is Spigola all'imperiale - baked sea bass topped with king prawn. Pizza, pasta, meat or fish - everything is Italian and served with a smile.
